Young Newman is developed on a fraction of approximately six hectares, bordering the Newman Club. The project has twelve buildings, open garages, pedestrian access to buildings, Club House, Multipurpose areas and barbecue area, two pools, one for adults and one for minors, solarium, courtesy garages for visits. 24 hour security and double access entrance.
