The fast food restaurant is located in what used to be El Palacio Elortondo-Alvear, located on the corner of Avenida Corrientes and Florida, an old property built in 1870, one of the first palatial residences in Buenos Aires. It is one of the few neo-Gothic architectural gems, very rare in the urban architecture of the city.
Work was done both to preserve the facade and the interiors of the building.
