Resindencial building, located at one end of the residential neighborhood of Palermo Chico in Buenos Aires, next to the linear park that accompanies the railway, it is integrated into the complex's own garden. The terrain is narrow on its side towards the neighborhood (the accesses are concentrated there) and three times as wide on the opposite side, facing a shopping center.
