Palacio Paz is a fundamental component of the urban and landscape complex of Plaza San Martín and the Retiro area. It conforms with other pieces such as the Kavanagh building, the Plaza Hotel, the headquarters of National Parks, the San Martín Palace and other buildings from the 1920s to 1950s, an environment of urban quality and unique historical significance in the city.
