This commission starts from the need to recondition an existing structure abandoned for several years, and where it was necessary to implement a series of changes tending to adapt the project to a more contemporary lifestyle. The original facade was modified, the access lobby and the park were redesigned, the number of units per floor was reduced by distributing the available surface in more spacious and versatile units, spaces were added to house activities in common use, and the auction was redesigned of the building in order to improve its urban imprint.
